Jay Joshi came up with the thought – to establish a bridge between KPO Industry requirements and Candidates’ Knowledge, by providing KPO industry specification training.

Jay Joshi has left Gujarat’s No. 1 Accounting KPO Company – QX Group, started with new chapter of life and start-up Nurture Academy, which becomes India’s 1st International Accounting & Taxation Training Institution.

Visited 14 Colleges in different cities like Ahmedabad, Mahesana, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Junagadh to create awareness about KPO Industry. Also, visited 10+ coaching institutions in Ahmedabad.

Enrolled 1st candidates for Nurture Academy’s UK Bookkeeping Course. Which gradually become total 3 candidates till March 2019 and all candidates have been placed in two companies and celebrate 1st Successful Completion of Batch.

Win 1st corporate client to set up Accounting KPO processes within Gujarat State.

Till Nurture Academy’s 1st Work Anniversary, Nurture has trained and placed 38 candidates. Also trained 29 candidates through Corporate Training.

Entire world is witness about Covid-19 effect, Nurture Academy has been impacted by it. Covid-19 period also change a way of working patterns with Nurture Academy and roll over 1st Online Workshop batch of XERO and QuickBook. Got enrolled of 6 candidates.

1st Webinar was conducted on “How To Start KPO” on 15th August 2020, and 26 people joined it. During Covid Lockdown, many Chartered Accountants inquired about how to start KPO, which convinced Jay Joshi to go for a webinar.

1st KPO Coaching has been provided to Accrels – a Jay Joshi’s friend company, got successful 3 Zoom calls, delivered 5 trial jobs, and onboarded 3 clients in span of 4 months.

Till November 2020, 2nd work Anniversary, Nurture Academy has trained total 33 candidates and placed all of them in Ahmedabad. In year 2020 Nurture Academy has conducted 4 corporate trainings and trained 74 candidates.

Since Corona time, observed that many Chartered Accountants keen to start KPO firm. Since corona time to April 2022, we had provided “NO COST” guidance many Chartered Accounts by briefing how KPO Industry works and how they can start KPO firm.

Nurture Academy has started new division called “Business Coach” where we provide mentorship to Chartered Accountants, who would like to start their own KPO firm.

Within a month time period of starting “Business Coach”, we enrolled 2 chartered accountants to provide XERO and QuickBooks software training.

Decided to move Academy at bigger and better place, hence started looking at New Office Premises, and finalized at heart of Ahmedabad’s location – Iscon Cross Road.

Enrolled 61 candidates and make placement of 99%. Launched new course, called UK Payroll Course and got 5 registrations in 1st batch.

Meet 3 young dynamic Chartered Accountants, wanted to start their own KPO firm in Surat. They joined Business Coach Program, Jay Joshi, liked to mentor them as they are just 21 year old guys and very much clear about their future vision.

Successful completion of 2nd Business Coach Program, where KPO firm got 1st client in 4 months’ time period.

5th Anniversary of Nurture Academy is celebrated with more than 200+ candidates, since 1st candidate to till celebration date.

5th year of completion was ended with providing training to 248 candidates in total (82 candidates in year 2023) with placement ratio of 98.7%.

6 Chartered Accountancy firm has enrolled for Business Coach Program, to learn How to Start KPO, out of that 3 KPO firms got clients.

To continue with success path, Nurture Academy needs one more trainer, so that Nurture can train more and more candidates and help KPO industry to provided Industry Fit Candidates. Ashok Gevariya, new trainer, joins hands with Nurture Academy, who has 17+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

Since starting of Nurture, year 2024, maximum candidates have enrolled – 65 candidates in 9 months’ time.

3 Chartered Accountancy Firms has joined Business Coach Program, out of that 2 KPO firms has got clients, one of them firm has make a history to get client in 2.5 months’ time period, since they join Nurture Academy.
