Jay Joshi, a founder of Nurture Academy, come up with thought process that for better career of commerce and finance students, they have to equipped knowledge of foreign accounting and taxation. Therefore, he has founded Nurture Academy. He has studied chartered accountancy course and has more than 15 years of experience in UK KPO industry. He has started his career with Doshi Accountancy Services Pvt Ltd (Baroda) and worked for 5 years. He is Ex-QX employees, he worked more than 9+ years with QX in two different job responsibilities viz. 5 years worked for UK operation and almost 4 years worked for UK training academy. During his journey, he has also worked with two other companies for very short period viz. PaperChase Accountancy India Pvt Limited and Saii Info Act Pvt Limited.
During his work tenure at Doshi Accountancy Services Pvt. Limited, he had got 5 promotions. He had also developed outsourcing work with one of the branch office of world’s top 5 accounting companies i.e. BDO (Lusaka branch – Zambia country – South Africa).
He joined QX Limited as Senior Accountant. Within a one month, he has been promoted as Team Leader, with 12 members. During his tenure, he had been promoted 4 times in 5 years. His last designation was Manager Accounts at UK operations. He had lead 20+ team members during his tenure with QX. He had got another better opportunity, which helped him to change his job profile as well as thinking behavior.
He joined Saii InfoAct Pvt Limited for 1.5 years, with designation of India Operation Head. During his tenure he made operations of India office very smoothly. During his tenure, he has undertaken works like. process manual, design checklist for each process, up skill every employee by providing training, motivate employees, changes in infrastructure (networking, backup system, intranet email system, CRM system etc), etc. He again got good opportunities, for which he is passionate about it i.e. Trainer Profile. He re-joined QX Limited as AVP Trainer in the same division, where he used to work previously.
Why he re-join QX Limited? Since, the schooling he likes to help/solve accounting sums of his friends. His aim is to spread his knowledge to people. He believe that if even 1 person or 1% people has gain from his knowledge, he feel like he has achieved something. Here he get right path to make his passion into his professional career. In last 4 years, he has trained 140+ employees through QX Academy.
Now to fulfill his passion, he has started his own venture with the name of Nurture Academy.
