How to crack interview?
On 1st February 2019, I had visited at Department of Business Studies (M.Com.), SP University. I would like to share my good time with students and professors over there. We, Nurture Academy, have started creating awareness about KPO industry for commerce/finance students.
The required platform for creative awareness has been given by Department of Business Studies, S.P. University, Vidhyanagar, Gujarat. We would like to Thanks all members associated with the department.
It was good time to be there because only 3% students are aware about KPO industry, now they all (who have attended session) know about KPO industry. We spent whole day with students, at the end of day, we find out that more than 80% are willing to work in KPO industry, mainly because of as Fresher they can get more salary and work culture at KPO companies.
KPO companies hire fresher candidate and train them on job. However, companies give priority to candidates, who have knowledge of XERO, Quickbook, SAGE, MYOB etc. bookkeeping software.
At, Nurture Academy, our mission is 1) majority of commerce/finance students get awareness about KPO industry, 2) fill up gap between expectation of KPO companies and candidates’ knowledge by providing Practical Base Training for International bookkeeping/Accounts/Tax/Payroll etc.
